I offer bespoke wedding and portrait photography, thoughtfully crafted with an editorial and artistic approach. Each booking is subject to availability and is confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and retainer.

    2. Reservations & Investment

    To secure your date, a non-refundable retainer is required. The remaining balance is due prior to your event, as outlined in your contract. All pricing reflects the quality, expertise, and personalized experience I provide.

     

    3. Cancellations & Date Changes

    In the event of cancellation, the retainer is non-refundable. Date changes may be accommodated based on availability and must be requested in writing. I recommend clients consider event insurance for added peace of mind.

     

    4. Delivery Experience

    Your images are carefully curated and edited to reflect our signature aesthetic. Final galleries are delivered within the agreed timeframe, ensuring every detail meets our highest standards.

     

    5. Artistic Rights & Usage

    All imagery remains the exclusive intellectual property of Laura Cabrera Photography. Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license. Any reproduction, publication, or alteration without written consent is strictly prohibited.

     

    6. Responsibility

    While I operate with the utmost professionalism and care, I cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond my control, including but not limited to weather conditions, venue restrictions, or unforeseen events.
